Amanda Strydom is an International Life and Business

Coach, who is passionate about helping people “be the best that they can be”, and to realise their “Extreme Dreams”! She challenges individuals to discover the power of their individuality and supports them to use this for the development of society and the community. She uses coaching as a very powerful tool to deal with the “now” and the “future” and moves people forward through a deepened learning, actions and growth.

Amanda was born in, East London, South Africa and raised by British/Scottish parents and has international exposure by working in the UAE and surrounding region for more than 3 years.

 Amanda has been active in the business world for more than 20 years. Her work experience covers various positions from apprenticeship, teacher/trainer, computer programmer, counsellor, to being a director of her own company in South Africa in 1995. She is fully trained as a CTI coach and is now active as a business and life coach and working towards the development of leaders.

 Amanda attended her first Coaching & Mentoring course in 2002 and has since focussed on Innermetrix ™; One on one coaching; Team coaching; Team Dynamics, Deep Democracy, Cultural Intelligence, Personality Profiling and Learning styles.

 She completed her CTI training as a Co-Active Coach™ in Dubai and also completed the two modules of ORSC (Organisation Relationship System Coaching). ORSC is an effective tool for coaching teams, departments and networks within relationships.

 Amanda combines the Co-Active coaching™ model, Corporate Coaching & Mentoring, together with Inter-Cultural Intelligence. She integrates this into her coaching for the development of skills based on the talents, competencies and core values of the client. Amanda is currently studying, amongst other things, a Bsc. in Business Administration to further enhance her skills and to stay abreast with emerging markets.
